Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Safyi AI Solutions — the trading name of שארבל סאפיה יעוץ ארגוני, a registered business in Israel ("Safyi", "we", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Safyi provides AI-powered social media management and related business-growth services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate agreement or written proposal between you and us. In the event of a conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Content approval and publishing

Where our services include publishing on your behalf, content is made available for your review and is published according to the approval process agreed with you. You remain responsible for the content you approve.

4. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as LinkedIn, Meta, and X) and their APIs. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, changes, fees, or decisions, including changes that affect our ability to deliver a feature. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets and the content you provide. Subject to full payment, deliverables we create for you are yours to use for the agreed purpose. We retain ownership of our own tools, systems, and know-how used to provide the services.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are as set out in your engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to perform under the engagement.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, engagement, or revenue. Except as required by law, the services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safyi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. On termination, we will cooperate in the orderly hand-back of access to your accounts.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your engagement agreement states otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
